Self Service

Large companies with multiple locations have a logistical problem when confronted with the disposition of assets residing their isolated facilities. The manner in which these assets are tracked, repaired, cleaned, redeployed, or sold is often an extremely difficult process for our customers to manage. I3's Self-Service department was created to help solve these logistical problems while maintaining a high standard in processing, redeploying or selling of obsolete assets.

How Self Service Works

Large companies utilize our services to send assets from their remote locations to ours. When our clients receive a new piece of equipment there is always an empty box with packaging material left over. Our client's employee simply places the surplus assets into the empty box and ships them back to us. We provide a report at the end of each month for all equipment received, inventoried and purchased.

We process hundreds of self service assets each day. Our clients find this to be one of the most efficient and time saving services we offer. We provide a simple, safe, and accurate way to handle difficult assets.
